Prices effective July 2025
Some rentals are only available within the parameters of our timeshare weeks, either beginning and ending on Friday, or beginning and ending on Saturday. Some weeks can be split into shorter stays, with a minimum of three nights.
Rates November through April (except the weeks of Christmas & New Years)
- 1 bedroom: $150 per night (maximum of 4 people), plus $100 cleaning fee and 8% tax
- 2 bedroom: $180 per night (maximum 6 people), plus $125 cleaning fee and 8% tax
Rates in May and October
- 1 bedroom: $180 per night (4 person max), plus $100 cleaning fee and 8% tax
- 2 bedroom: $250 per night (6 person max), plus $125 cleaning fee and 8% tax
Rates in June and September
- 1 bedroom: $280 per night (4 person max), plus $100 cleaning fee and 8% tax
- 2 bedroom: $350 per night (6 person max), plus $125 cleaning fee and 8% tax
Rates in July & August
- 1 bedroom: $350 per night (4 person max), plus $100 cleaning fee and 8% tax
- 2 bedroom: $425 per night (6 person max), plus $125 cleaning fee and 8% tax
Rates in September and Christmas & New Years
- 1 bedroom: $180 per night (4 person max), plus $100 cleaning fee and 8% tax
- 2 bedroom: $250 per night (6 person max), plus $125 cleaning fee and 8% tax

Check out time: 10 am
Absolutely No Pets Allowed – $250 fine and immediate forfeiture of your cabin for the remainder of your stay.
$500 Non Refundable/Transferable Deposit is required to reserve your cabin.
