Rentals are only available within the confines of our Timeshare weeks –
They either begin on Friday and end on a Friday or They begin on a Saturday and end on a Saturday.

Rates – May 1st to September 30th

3 night min stay

One bedroom – $1,750.00 week or $290 night (Max 4 people)

Two bedroom – $1,980 week or $330 night (Max 6 people)

Add $100 cleaning fee and 8% tax

Rates – October 1st to April 30th 

One – Bedroom – $1440.00 per week or $240.00 per night (Max 4 people)

Two – Bedroom – $1680.00 per week or $280.00 per night (Max 6 people)

3 night min stay.

Add $100.00 Cleaning fee plus 8% tax

 

Check in time: 4:00 PM    Check out time: 10:00 AM
Absolutely No Pets Allowed – $250 Fine and immediate forfeiture of your cabin for the remainder of your stay.
$500.00 deposit is required to reserve a Cabin
Deposit(s) are not refundable upon certain cancellations
