Rentals are only available within the confines of our Timeshare weeks –
They either begin on Friday and end on a Friday or They begin on a Saturday and end on a Saturday.

Rates – May 1st to September 30th

3 night min stay

One bedroom – $1,950 weekly or $325 night (Max 4 people)

Add $100 cleaning fee and 8% tax

Two bedroom – $2250 weekly or $375 night (Max 6 people)

Add $125 cleaning fee and 8% tax

Rates – October 1st to April 30th 

2 Bedroom $1,100 weekly or $180 nightly (3 night min.)

(+ $125 cleaning fee & 8% tax)

1 Bedroom $900 weekly or $150 nightly (3 night min.)

(+ $100 cleaning fee & 8% tax)

 

Check in time: 5:00 PM until 9PM  Check out time: 10:00 AM

Absolutely No Pets Allowed – $250 Fine and immediate forfeiture of your cabin for the remainder of your stay.

$500 Non Refundable Deposit is required to book.
