Season Rates - 5 nt min stay
One bedroom - $200 USD per night ($1,400 USD/week)
Two bedroom - $225 USD per night ($1,575 USD/week)

Off Season Rate -Two night min stay
One bedroom - $170 USD per night
Two bedroom - $180 USD per night

Off Season Additional Discount for 3-7 nights
One bedroom-$160 USD per night
Two bedroom-$170 USD per night
Add 7% State Bed Tax and $25.00 cleaning fee
